COVID-19 SHOP VISIT

The Fearnley Cricket Shop is currently open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays by appointment only between the hours of 10am to 4pm with half hour slots available.  You may reserve up to 2 slots per visit.

Booking an Appointment

  1. Please email info@fearnleycricket.co.uk with your preferred date, day and time, contact number and any alternative dates and times you could make if your preferred option is not available.
  2. Please include in your email what type of products you wish to purchase.If you know the exact product(s), colour and size please confirm so we can confirm it is available.
  3. We will respond within 24 hours to confirm if your preferred date and time is available, if not we will offer alternative times on your preferred day or dates and times for your alternatives.
  4. Please then confirm by return email you accept the booking or a preferred alternative that is available.

If you are unable to attend please give us 24 hours’ notice if possible.

Club Kit

You will be unable to purchase Club kit at the Shop as this is all made to order so please order your requirements online at the relevant Club Shop page at www.fearnleycricket.co.uk

Due to sanitising regulations we will not have size fit garments available other than unbranded Match kit that we stock so please do not book an appointment expecting to be able to try sizes on in order to place an order

County Kit

If you wish to purchase County kit for either Herefordshire, Shropshire or Staffordshire please include your requirements and sizes in your request for an appointment. We can make sure what you require is available as we do not want you to travel to find out we are out of stock of what you require.If you want to try 2 sizes please indicate the sizes required.If we are out of stock of anything you require we will let you know and an estimated time it will be available again.

Please note personalisation will not be available at your visit, if you require personalisation your order will need to be paid for and left, we will post then post it to you once done.Currently lead times for personalisation is up to 2 weeks.

ECB ACO Members

If you wish to purchase ECB ACO merchandise please include your Membership Number (if you are not a paid up Member you will not be able to purchase) and your requirements with colours and sizes in your request for an appointment. We can make sure what you require is available as we do not want you to travel to find out we are out of stock of what you require.  If you want to try 2 sizes please indicate the sizes required.  If we are out of stock of anything you require we will let you know with an estimated time it will be available again.

Your Appointment

  1. Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell on the day of the appointment or have any COVID-19 symptoms.
  2. Please arrive at your allocated time and not before as other customer may or will be in the shop.
  3. If the Shop door is closed please ring the bell labelled SHOP BELL located by the light switches on the right hand wall of the lobby area and someone will come to great you.
  4. At the entrance there will be hand sanitisers, paper towels and disposal gloves for those who wish to use them to handle the goods in the shop.
  5. Before entering the shop we may need to take your temperature.
  6. Face coverings must be worn at all times whilst in the shop unless you are able to provide a valid medical exemption certificate.
  7. Before entering you must scan our NHS COVID-19 QR Code to check into the venue, so please ensure you have your smart phone ready with the NHS COVID-19 App installed.
  8. The Shop is restricted to one customer per visit with up to 3 additional family members or people also permitted from the same household or support bubble.
  9. Your time is restricted to your half hour or hour slot booked so if you are late you will have less time to shop as you will need to be vacated in-time for the next customer booked.
  10. Our preferred method of payment is contactless or by card.We currently only accept Visa & MasterCard types of card and not American Express.
  11. The shop will be sanitised before each day it is open and periodically throughout the day paying particular emphasis on the doors and work surfaces.
  12. Whilst in the Shop please try to not touch products you do not intend to buy and if you bring children please ensure they are well behaved and do not play with any of the products on show or randomly pick them up.
  13. There will be no bathroom facilities available on site.
  14. Trying on clothes will be restricted to what you wish to purchase as unbought items will need to be sanitised for 72 hours so please be mindful of what you want to try on.
  15. The trading estate has adequate parking for cars next to the Shop.
